How to cleanse the body in spring? Detoxification can be simple

Chlorophyll It is a completely unique substance, a wonderful relationship of life. Take a water molecule and a carbon dioxide molecule, add sunlight and … nothing happens. At least until the chlorophyll turns into a reaction. But then everything starts to happen! Photosynthesis, carbon dioxide and water begin to react, carbohydrates are synthesized and oxygen is produced. It seems obvious to us, but without photosynthesis, and therefore without chlorophyll, there would be no life on earth, and certainly not as we know today.

Chlorophyll a life -giving relationship helpful in detoxification

The chlorophyll molecule is very similar to the molecule of human hemoglobin. Several perfectly complex atoms of coal, oxygen, hydrogen and nitrogen with a central atom, which in the case of chlorophyll is magnesium, and in the case of hemoglobin – iron. Chlorophyll, by the very similarity to hemoglobin, seems to indicate how beneficial it will be for our body.

And indeed chlorophyll acts on the human body like a potion. It promotes wound healing, prevents inflammation, and can also be used as an internal deodorant. His derivatives have similar applications. One of them is chlorophylline, during the synthesis of which the magnesium atom in the center of the molecule is replaced with a copper atom. The advantage of chlorophylline is that, unlike natural chlorophyll, it is water soluble, and therefore more absorbable by the body.

Scientists have shown that chlorophyll and its derivatives have strong antioxidant properties and are strong anti -emages (acting against mutations causing factors) and anti -carcinogens.

Treacherous aflatoxins, or what poisons us and how to get rid of them?

Aflatoxins These are dangerous poisons that were discovered in the 1960s, when hundreds of thousands of turkeys fell in England for unknown reasons. When scientists were looking for the cause of such a common disaster, they also examined the feed of these feathered creatures. It turned out that the culprit was nut flour from Brazil, which was contaminated with Aspergillus Flavus fungus, producing a dangerous toxin.

In this way, the cause was found, and the discovered poison was called Aflatoxin (aspergillus flavus toxin). A total of 20 Aflatoxins have been discovered since then. They can be found, for example, in almonds, various types of nuts (earth, hazelnuts, pistachio, Brazilian), spices, dried fruit (e.g. figs), corn or rice. Food products are contaminated with these mushrooms, especially when they are badly stored.

What do aflatoxins cause and how to counteract them?

Aflatoxins are also extremely dangerous for people, not only because of their toxicity, but also because they suppress the immune system and can cause mutations and congenital defects. They can also cause liver cancer and intensify some diseases, such as hepatitis.

Of course, for this reason, it is extremely important to control the content of mold in food. However, this is not enough. So what should you do? This is where chlorophyll can help. According to scientists from Oregon State University, both chlorophyll and its chlorophylline derivative reduce the absorption of aflatoxins and other hazardous substances to the human body.

Chlorophyll helps not only detoxify the body

Research that took place is very promising. Scientists therefore recommend regular preventive use of chlorophyll and chlorophylline. A smooth green miracle will be the right form – Liquid chlorophyll.

Chlorophyll, which gives plants green, is an extremely effective alkaline substance, thanks to which you can not only detoxify the body, but also maintain or restore the acid-base balance of the body. In addition, it is also a great detoxicator and has a mild diuretic effect, which makes it an indispensable element of cleansing therapy.
