What is liquid chlorophyll?
Chlorophyll it is a completely unique substance, a miraculous compound for life. Take a molecule of water and a molecule of carbon dioxide, add sunlight and… nothing happens. What does the chlorophyll molecule consist of and how does it affect our body?
Chlorophyll molecule is very similar to the human hemoglobin molecule. Several perfectly arranged carbon, oxygen, hydrogen and nitrogen atoms with the central atom being magnesium in chlorophyll and iron in hemoglobin. Chlorophyll’s similarity to hemoglobin seems to indicate how beneficial it will be to our body.
And it really acts on the human body like an elixir. It supports wound healing, has anti-inflammatory properties, and can also be used as an internal deodorant.
What is chlorophyllin?
Chlorophyll derivatives have a similar application as itself chlorophyllbut they differ in physicochemical properties. One of them is chlorophyllin, during the synthesis of which the magnesium atom in the center of the molecule is replaced with a copper atom. The advantage of chlorophyllin is that, unlike natural chlorophyll, it is water-soluble and therefore more useful for our body. Therefore, liquid chlorophyll is a combination of chlorophyllin and water.
What properties does drinking chlorophyll have?
Scientists have shown that chlorophyll and its derivatives have strong antioxidant properties and are effective antimutagens (act against mutation factors) and anticarcinogenic agents.
Insidious aflatoxins
Aflatoxins These are dangerous poisons that were discovered in the 1960s, when 100,000 turkeys died for unknown reasons in England. When scientists were looking for the cause of such a great disaster, they also examined the food of these birds. It turned out that the culprit was peanut flour from Brazil, which was contaminated with the mold Aspergillus flavus, which produced a dangerous toxin.
So the cause was found, and the discovered poison was named aflatoxin (Aspergillus flavus toxin). Since then, a total of 20 aflatoxins have been discovered. They can be found, for example, in almonds, various types of nuts (peanuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, Brazilian nuts), spices, dried fruits (e.g. figs), corn and rice. Food is contaminated by these molds, especially when poorly stored.
Green protection
Aflatoxins are also extremely dangerous to humans, not only because of their toxicity, but also because they inhibit the activity of the immune system and can cause mutations and birth defects. They can also cause liver cancer and worsen the course of some diseases, e.g. hepatitis.
How does liquid chlorophyll protect against toxins and support cleansing?
Of course, for this reason, it is extremely important to control the mold content in food. But this may not be enough. So what to do? This is where it will help us liquid chlorophyll. According to scientists from Oregon State University, both chlorophyll and its derivative chlorophyllin reduce the absorption of aflatoxins and other hazardous substances into the human body.
