Kdy\u017e v\u011bdci hledali p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu takov\u00e9 spole\u010dn\u00e9 katastrofy, zkoumali tak\u00e9 krmen\u00ed t\u011bchto ope\u0159en\u00fdch tvor\u016f. Uk\u00e1zalo se, \u017ee vin\u00edkem byla o\u0159echov\u00e1 mouka z Braz\u00edlie, kter\u00e1 byla kontaminov\u00e1na houbou Aspergillus Flavus a produkovala nebezpe\u010dn\u00fd toxin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>T\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem byla nalezena p\u0159\u00ed\u010dina a objeven\u00fd jed se naz\u00fdval aflatoxin (aspergillus flavus toxin). Od t\u00e9 doby bylo objeveno celkem 20 aflatoxin\u016f. Lze je naj\u00edt nap\u0159\u00edklad v mandl\u00edch, r\u016fzn\u00fdch typech o\u0159ech\u016f (Zem\u011b, l\u00edskov\u00e9 o\u0159echy, pist\u00e1cie, brazilsk\u00e9), ko\u0159en\u00ed, su\u0161en\u00e9 ovoce (nap\u0159. Obr.), Kuku\u0159ice nebo r\u00fd\u017ee. Potravinov\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky jsou kontaminov\u00e1ny t\u011bmito houbami, zejm\u00e9na pokud jsou \u0161patn\u011b ulo\u017eeny.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"imHeading3\">Co aflatoxiny zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed a jak jim p\u016fsobit?<\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"fs14lh1-5\">Aflatoxiny jsou tak\u00e9 velmi nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 pro lidi, a to nejen kv\u016fli jejich toxicit\u011b, ale tak\u00e9 proto, \u017ee potla\u010duj\u00ed imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m a mohou zp\u016fsobit vrozen\u00e9 mutace a defekty. Mohou tak\u00e9 zp\u016fsobit rakovinu jater a zintenzivnit n\u011bkter\u00e1 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, jako je hepatitida.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Z tohoto d\u016fvodu je samoz\u0159ejm\u011b nesm\u00edrn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 ovl\u00e1dat obsah formy v potravin\u00e1ch.
