Vezm\u011bte molekulu vody a molekulu oxidu uhli\u010dit\u00e9ho, p\u0159idejte slune\u010dn\u00ed sv\u011btlo a&#8230;nic se nestane. Alespo\u0148 dokud se reakce nez\u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed chlorofyl. Ale pak se za\u010dnou d\u00edt \u00fa\u017easn\u00e9 v\u011bci! Zd\u00e1 se n\u00e1m to samoz\u0159ejm\u00e9, ale bez fotosynt\u00e9zy, a tedy bez chlorofylu by na Zemi nebyl \u017eivot a u\u017e v\u016fbec ne v podob\u011b, v jak\u00e9 ho zn\u00e1me dnes.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"imHeading2 imTAJustify\">Z \u010deho se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 molekula chlorofylu a jak p\u016fsob\u00ed na na\u0161e t\u011blo?<\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"fs14lh1-5\"><b>Molekula chlorofylu<\/b><\/span>  je velmi podobn\u00e1 molekule lidsk\u00e9ho hemoglobinu. N\u011bkolik dokonale uspo\u0159\u00e1dan\u00fdch atom\u016f uhl\u00edku, kysl\u00edku, vod\u00edku a dus\u00edku, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e centr\u00e1ln\u00edm atomem je ho\u0159\u010d\u00edk v chlorofylu a \u017eelezo v hemoglobinu. Jedn\u00edm z nich je chlorofylin, p\u0159i jeho\u017e synt\u00e9ze je atom ho\u0159\u010d\u00edku ve st\u0159edu molekuly nahrazen atomem m\u011bdi. V\u00fdhodou chlorofylinu je, \u017ee na rozd\u00edl od p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edho chlorofylu je rozpustn\u00fd ve vod\u011b a t\u00edm p\u00e1dem pro na\u0161e t\u011blo u\u017eite\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Kdy\u017e v\u011bdci hledali p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu tak velk\u00e9 katastrofy, zkoumali tak\u00e9 potravu t\u011bchto pt\u00e1k\u016f. Uk\u00e1zalo se, \u017ee na vin\u011b byla ara\u0161\u00eddov\u00e1 mouka z Braz\u00edlie, kter\u00e1 byla kontaminov\u00e1na pl\u00edsn\u00ed Aspergillus flavus, kter\u00e1 produkovala nebezpe\u010dn\u00fd toxin.<\/p>\n<p>Byla tedy nalezena p\u0159\u00ed\u010dina a objeven\u00fd jed dostal n\u00e1zev aflatoxin (toxin Aspergillus flavus). Od t\u00e9 doby bylo objeveno celkem 20 aflatoxin\u016f. Najdeme je nap\u0159\u00edklad v mandl\u00edch, r\u016fzn\u00fdch druz\u00edch o\u0159ech\u016f (ara\u0161\u00eddy, l\u00edskov\u00e9 o\u0159echy, pist\u00e1cie, brazilsk\u00e9 o\u0159echy), ko\u0159en\u00ed, su\u0161en\u00e9m ovoci (nap\u0159. f\u00edky), kuku\u0159ici a r\u00fd\u017ei. Potraviny jsou t\u011bmito pl\u00edsn\u011bmi kontaminov\u00e1ny, zejm\u00e9na p\u0159i \u0161patn\u00e9m skladov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"imHeading3 imTAJustify\">Zelen\u00e1 ochrana<\/h3>\n<p>Aflatoxiny jsou tak\u00e9 extr\u00e9mn\u011b nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 pro \u010dlov\u011bka, nejen kv\u016fli sv\u00e9 toxicit\u011b, ale tak\u00e9 proto, \u017ee inhibuj\u00ed aktivitu imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu a mohou zp\u016fsobit mutace a vrozen\u00e9 vady.
